The smartphone industry which most people consider heavily dominated by just two brands has more to it than you would expect. Recently Huawei the Chinese brand was ranked among the top five fastest growing smartphone companies. The success that the organization has met is not only because of their state of the art devices but also due to the same being very affordable, allowing them to compete against the giants in the industry.

Following is a list of the best Huawei smartphones under $300 price cap.

Huawei honor 7x

Recent, affordable and efficient, the honor 7X delivers what it promises. Packing in an edge to edge screen design, the Honor 7x boasts a 2160 x 1080 Full HD resolution, with its 16 + 2 MP rear camera it also appeals to the photographers inside all of us, powered by the Kirin 659 and the Mali- T830 this device packs a punch, adorned with Huawei’s own EMUI 5.1 the Honor 7x runs the Android 7.0 Nougat which is up-gradable to Oreo.

Huawei P10 Lite

When talking about more for less, this phone takes the cake. The P10 lite is perhaps one of the most low budget high performance smartphones. The Kirin 658 along with its octa core processor and the Mali- T830 for its GPU add to its power while 12 MP rear and 8MP front camera allow the user to capture all their precious moments as well. The P10 lite has a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 with a pixel density of 424 ppi, making it a truly remarkable phone.

Huawei Mate SE

The Huawei Mate SE is simply decimating the competition, packing in its ridiculously affordable price tag, the device provides the same features its rivals sell for a much higher cost. A 4 GB RAM along with 64 GB internal storage paired with the Kirin 659 chipset allow this 5.93 Inch smartphone to thrive. The operating system is Android 7.0 Nougat while an upgrade to 8 is in the works.

The phone is pretty similar to Honor 7x (above in the list) which is an amazing phone as well.

Huawei P smart

A couple of hundred dollars and this sweet piece of tech is yours, it’s got style, it’s got class and it is in your price range. The Huawei P smart weighs in at 165 g with Huawei’s the EMUI 8.0 The device runs the Android 8.0 Oreo. A screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 added with the Kirin 659 and the Octa Core processor make amazing to use, a 13 + 2 MP rear camera and an 8 MP one in the front can awaken the photographer in you. The P smart has a finger print sensor as well for added security. In short this device is definitely worth a look.

Huawei MediaPad M3 8.4

Well without this mention this list would probably remain incomplete, the Huawei Mediapad M3

Is one of the best low budget smart devices on the market… well it does fall in the smartphone category. This 8.4 inch device supports a Nano sim (Yes it is a phone) but what it is really meant for is well… media.
The 1600 x 2160 resolution, the Mali T880 GPU the Kirin 950 and the octa core processor make for a smooth user experience. Although the model supports the android 6.0 marshmallow by default it is upgradable.

The Herman and Kardon Sound along with its 1080 video recording capabilities make it a fantastic piece when put against its price. Oh and it has a USB 2.0 slot as well. With both primary and secondary cameras being 8MP this device may attract your attention just a bit more.
