Emerge, a UK Accelerator is offering 3 Months Program For Startup International Entrepreneurs with Innovations for Education

Emerge is a startup accelerator based in London, UK. Emerge wants to invest £15K ($2.35m) into tech start-up teams that are building innovative technology applicable within the education sector. Start-ups that wish to benefit from this program have until November 17th to apply for nomination. Applications are done online.

Emerge is looking for individuals and teams focusing on developing technology focused on the education. Emerge will have preference for entrepreneurs who have demonstrated some level of customer traction with their innovation and have some pre-seed funding base.

Successful applicants will be given £15K cash, for a 3% to 8% equity stake. In addition to that, they will be mentored by business leaders and big players within the Education industry like CEOs of Mendeley, Buusuu and COO of Memrise. They will also be given a chance to test their products with TSL Educations; the biggest teachers’ network in the world which has partnered with Emerge.
