Geeks Unite! CES 2014 Vegas Style
The year officially kicks off with the much anticipated International Consumer Electronics Show taking place in Las Vegas from January 7 through January 10.
CES has over 3,200 exhibitors, including manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and more. CES also offers conference program with more than 300 sessions and expected attendance of over 152,000 from more than 150 countries.
This event is owned and produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the technology trade association that represents over $203 billion U.S. consumer electronics industry. The CES conference attracts the world’s business leaders and pioneering thinkers to a forum where the industry’s most relevant issues are addressed.
So what’s in store for CES 2014? The main focus this year includes 4K, Ultra HDTVs, wearable technology (from Google Glass to smart watches) and connected cars, along with cloud services and the “Internet of Things” which allows you to connect all devices.
