Here’s how to downgrade iOS 8.3 to iOS 8.2.

Make sure to take a backup of your iOS device before your proceed.

Open this website.

Here, you will find the iOS 8.2 IPSW file. It can be of large size, like 2GB, you must download this file in your computer.

Once you have downloaded the IPSW file, connect your iPhone with your computer.

Launch iTunes.

Head over to the ‘Summary’ tab press and hold the  Option/Alt key on your keyboard [ Shift key if you are using a Windows computer]

Keep holding the keys and click the Restore in iTunes button.

Browser the IPSW file of iOS 8.2 you downloaded in your computer, open it and iTunes will start loading it as a backup.

After the process is completed, your iPhone will be running iOS 8.2.

You can also restore backup from iTunes Summary page if you’d take a backup before the process.

Hello, I just downgraded my ios from 8.3 to ios 8.2. When I was trying to restore backup (ios 8.3) to my phone (which was ios 8.2 now), it said that "the backup cannot be restored to this iphone because the software on the iphone is too old" .. Is there any way to solve this problems?
