MTN Nigeria and Kwesé TV partner in a Distribution Deal

Kwesé TV has secured a special partnership with MTN Nigeria that will see the telecom distribute its decoders in MTN stores across Nigeria.

This partnership will effectively bring Kwesé TV decoders closer to consumers across Nigeria. Any pay TV consumer looking to get the Kwesé bouquet, simply walk into an MTN stores in any parts of Nigeria and purchase the decoder. The full Kwesé TV kit made up of a dish, decoder, and the installation fee cost about $30.

Viewers who purchase Kwesé TV kit from any of the MTN stores will be awarded a one-time two months complimentary subscription. However, they will have to pay an extra $4 on top of the $30 to purchase and install the kit.

Following the recent launch of our pay TV service in Nigeria, this partnership extends our distribution network and makes our products accessible to even more Nigerian consumers. We are currently operating in selected flagship stores in Lagos, and we will soon be available in other major cities across the country in 2018 in partnership with MTN,” said Elizabeth Amkpa, the General Manager of Kwesé TV.

Amkpa went further to announce the launch of another unique partnership that will see MTN network subscribers get access to premium Kwesé video content at an exclusive video data bundle. That service will be live come next year.

Customers who purchase the Kwesé TV kit can access more than 70 channels made up of premium family viewing, children’s shows, lifestyle shows, live sports, shows, series, and movies among others.
