Apple has issued official invites to its 21 March event and oh boy, the world is going haywire. A lot of exciting products like new 4-inch iPhone, 9.7 inch iPad Pro, some new Apple Watch bands and a possible iOS 9 update are expected to hit the Cupertino campus this month. Here’s what to expect from the 21 March Apple event.

4-Inch iPhone SE

When Apple decided to shift to large iPhones, there was a huge hue and cry about Tim Cook’s product strategy and how he was digressing from Steve Jobs’ resolution about product design and phone size. But insiders were aware that Apple is continuing its plans to launch more efficient small-size iPhone. On 21 March, Apple is expected to launch a 4-inch iPhone. According to major news and rumor powerhouse, Apple’s new iPhone will be called iPhone SE. This iPhone will be a low-end device. But don’t get mistaken. It will have all the features of iPhone 6 and 6S. The idea is to give all the iPhone 6 features in a smaller size so that the user base which prefers decent, small sized phones could be tapped.

iPhone SE processor will be a powerful A9. There will also be an impressive 8MP rear camera with a 1.2 MP front shooter.

Of course, Apple Pay feature will be inculcated by the fingerprint and touch-id systems. Unfortunately,  there will be no 3D touch feature in iPhone SE.

iPhone SE price is also expected to be moderate. According to 9to5Mac, iPhone SE price will be around $450. Apple wants to place this new product at the level of iPhone 5S in order to avoid any cannibalization of its relatively new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6.

iPad Pro

Small size is the zeitgeist of the 21 March event. So we are expecting a smaller iPad Pro. A 9.7 inches beautiful slate is expected to be revealed at Cupertino campus.

A 128GB native storage with an improved RAM, fast processor, and stylus for smart input is expected. There will be no less than four speakers in the iPad Pro, so it will be an entertainment and movie powerhouse as experience will be scaled up big time.

There is a great feature coming in this iPad Pro version which would be a game changer. Rumors suggest that there will be a keyboard connector in the iPad 9.7 inch Pro version which would allow the users to connect the keyboards.

WatchOS, iOS 9 Updates

There will not be a new version of Apple Watch but you can expect new color bands for the Apple Watch. A small update in WatchOS is also expected. Similarly, a major iOS9 update is expected in the event.

Apple is also expected to share the details of the current cyber encryption controversy between it and the US secret service. Stay tuned for more updates.
