Facebook will pitch up tent in Nigeria to talk about its Free Basic services and hold a Fire Side Chat with the social network’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Ime Archibong. The host for the event will be an acceleration center for startup techpreneurs, iDEA Nigeria.

The Facebook Free Basics and Fire Side Chat will feature talks revolving around technology and provide an excellent networking opportunity for the attendees. Not to mention, pitch on how new developers can leverage on the Free Basics program to scale their startup idea and engage with a wider audience.

The event is slated for May 10, 2016, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the iDEA Hub in Lagos, Nigeria.
