Trump trolled for suggesting Grocery Stores give Unpaid Federal Workers Food for Free

Earlier yesterday, Wilbur Ross, the US Commerce Secretary, was accused of being out of touch with reality for saying Federal workers should take out loans to pay their everyday bills. Comments made by Ross, who is a multimillionaire and a serial investor, led to President Trump being asked by reporters on the statement he (Ross) made.

The current US government shutdown is the longest in the history of the country. There are about 800,000 federal workers across the US who missed they paycheck on Friday, and there is no sign yet of the shutdown coming to an end.
