The difference between a beginner and a pro is that a pro has failed more times in life than the beginner has even tried. Embrace failure because it is not something that will stay with you for life. 1. Walt Disney
Did you know he was treated as a person with no creativity in his mind? And no one ever really believed that any good idea can come to him. Actually he got fired too from Kansas City Star in 1919 due to his lack of imagination and out of the box thinking. His editor was of the view that Walt lacked creativity and had absolutely no good idea in his mind.
2. JK Rowling
Sometimes being too good is the reason you become a failure in something else and J.K. Rowling is a living example of that. She worked at London office of Amnesty International and got fired not because of her work or anything but because she would write stories on the computer allotted to her for work.
3. Madonna
Who doesn’t know the marvelous Madonna? But what people don’t know is that she was a really bad waitress. So bad that she lost her job on the day she got it. She wasn’t a big success before that either. She was a college drop out with no means of living so she started working at Dunkin Doughnuts but got fired for dropping jelly on a customer.
4. Oprah Winfrey
She was a big failure before she became successful in something else. An evening news reporter who was criticized for bringing her emotion into reporting and eventually getting fired due to that reason. She was fired from Baltimore’s WJZ-TV for not keeping her emotions separate from reporting.
5. Thomas Edison
Before becoming a great scientist, he was a bad worker. He used to work at Western Union and his work was affected due to not paying enough attention to work and conducting secret experiments at his work place. He damaged the workplace by spilling acid all over it accidently and was fired from work.
