Lagos City Mall becomes the latest beneficiary of Airtel Nigeria’s Airtel Wi-Fi services that was first launched in 2015 to provide free Wi-Fi services in public establishments like malls, universities, airports, hotels, and event venues.
This development comes after Airtel Nigeria, and Lagos City Mall partnered in a program to provide free Wi-Fi services to tenants and consumers within the mall’s premises.
The CEO at Ibukun Efuntayo & Co, Emmanuel Efuntayo said that the partnership was part of a broad scheme of rewarding the mall’s loyal visitors. He said the Wi-Fi network will provide users a super-fas0074 internet connection within the mall’s premises, and will be open to anyone within the mall.
“When consumers enter the mall they can browse for free for the first 15 minutes,” said Efuntayo. “We believe that given its status as one of the leading malls in the country, Lagos City Mall should have this facility in place. Shopping at Lagos City Mall is fun, and we will stop at nothing to sustain the experience.”
For Lagos City Mall, this partnership is part of its initiative to provide value added services to its tenants and visitors. Some customers that shop at the mall have already welcomed the free Wi-Fi at the mall, saying it will enhance their shopping experience. The free internet will be another reason why they should shop at the Lagos City Mall instead of somewhere else.
Efuntayo urged Lagos residents to patronize the mall as their mall of choice for all their lifestyle shopping and entertainment needs. The mall building houses renowned business brands dealing in body and beauty products, grocery, supermarket, health, banking, lifestyle, telecoms, food, and restaurants.
Visitors can also get gifts stores, games arcade, multipurpose event halls, and entertainment spots, all aimed at making the experience of visitors to the mall a memorable one.
