How to Disable Windows Mail Conversation View

Just like most email clients, Microsoft Windows Mail available on Windows 10 groups your messages according to their topics under a single lovely display. This feature comes in quite handy when you want to keep track of long email threads; especially one with many contributors to the conversation.

However, this conversation view can get boring and old fast for some of us. If you are one such person, then you will be glad to know there is a way you can do away with Windows Mail conversation view.

How to get rid of Windows Mail Conversation View

Click on ‘Start’ and type ‘Mail’.

In the Windows Mail window, click on the Settings icon.

When the Settings pane opens, click on Reading.

When you are in the ‘Readings’ settings, scroll down to the ‘Show messages arranged by conversation’ option and click ‘Off’.

If you followed the above steps correctly, then you start receiving your emails as individual messages instead of grouped messages.
