Paul Ndichu, the CEO of Easy Taxi Kenya said, “We want to be able to maintain the productivity of our clients even when they are on the move. This partnership with Telkom Kenya means that we can provide connectivity in between departure and destination, thus allowing our clients to remain in touch and up-to-date.”

Commuters who will hail a taxi using the Easy Taxi platform can enjoy 3G Wi-Fi connection while they are being driven to their location around Nairobi. Telkom Kenya prides itself on providing reliable and quality 3G connectivity to its subscribers, something that has now been extended to Easy Taxi customers.

The move is expected to provide extra values to commuters, especially those looking to accomplish some work done while stuck in traffic. For the mobile carrier, this partnership is bound to create market awareness of the Orange 3G Internet services to people living in Nairobi.
