It Is FINALLY Time for #EqualPay

If women make up half of the U.S. labor force, and are the main family breadwinners. why are they being paid less than men in their fields? April 12 is #EqualPay Day this year. On average, women earn at least 79 cents for every dollar men earn. There were statistics in 2014, that showed the medium income for men working a full-time job was $50,383, while the income for women was $39,621; a $10,762 disparity that adds up to $897 a month.
