Going by the latest Chrome Enterprise release notes, it appears Google is prepping to release a whole new overhaul design for their browser. And the new design is coming out with Chrome 69 set to roll out on September 4th.

Though some of the new features are already accessible on the current Chrome 68 for both mobile and desktop. The new design will be available across all operating systems. This new feature will go a long way in terms of Windows integration, security, and stability.

The new feature will include deep integration into Windows 10, where notifications will come via the Windows 10 notification center. It will also support touchpad gesture navigation and autofill updates.

From a visual perspective, Chrome desktop will also get a new design; more rounded corners for the tabs, brighter color palette, and new white shading for the active tabs and windows. For Chrome mobile, the navigation controls will now be at the bottom of the screen, with a focus on one-handed use. The navigation on extra tall display will also be simplified.

Google also promises fewer crashes caused by third-party software, phasing out of support for Flash, and full integration with Password Alert extension.
