Many iPhone users complain that even when they have not set up any alarm on their phone, their iPhone still rings up the alarm at night. This is definitely an extremely frustrating problem. But the good news is that it can be resolved.
Alarm Setting Off Automatically At Night in iPhone
There is a feature in iOS 10 called “Bed Time” which was designed to remind people to go to sleep at night so that they don’t end up wasting too much time. This feature was also especially designed for the weekends. But due to lack of clarity, the feature ended up confusing people. Instead of helping people manage their sleep time, it started interrupting their routines.
Just turn off the Bed Time feature. Go to the Alarm app in turn off the “Bedtime Weekends” feature. This will resolve the problem of alarm going off at night.
Another reason of why your iPhone alarm might be setting off at night is other apps and calendars in your phone. Sometimes our alarm tone and calendar (reminders) and app notifications tones are similar. Make sure to check your calendar to ensure there are no reminders set up, and also turn off all app notifications.
