1- Head over to Settings and then go to Applications and then Settings and then go to the “Call” section. Here you will have Additional Settings section. Now tap on “Caller ID”. 2- One of the last resorts to fix can’t make outgoing calls in Android is to factory reset. Go to Home screen and tap the menu key. Now tap on Settings and go to the Accounts tab. Under backup option you will see Backup and Reset. Tap Automatic restore to clear the check box. You can also tap on Back up my data to clear the check box. After backing up all the data, tap on factory data reset. Now tap on Reset device option. Tap continue and tap on Delete All. You might be asked to enter the pin code of your phone.
3- Another simple solution that has worked for a lot of users is to turn off your phone and take out the SIM card. Wait for a few seconds and then insert the sim card again. This will fix the network bottleneck and outgoing calls will start working smoothly.
