Fix Missed Calls Not Showing on Home Screen on Samsung Android Phones

A lot of Android users report that they are not able to see missed calls on their phones. The problem is common in Samsung Android phones. This issue is mainly due to the Android Lollipop OS update. This update wiped off the missed calls feature in Android temporarily. In order to fix the problem, you should update your phone quickly. Otherwise, follow the steps mentioned below.

Launch Application manager in Android and switch to “All” tab. Now search for an app “BadgeProvider”. Clear Data and Clear Cache for this app. Restart your phone and you will start seeing the number of missed calls on home screen in Android lollipop again.

If the above-mentioned method doesn’t work, launch settings in Android and then go to Sound and display. Now go to Sounds and notifications and select “while locked” and make it to show all content.
