You will have to delete the media creation tool for Windows 10 in order to fix this error. It’s a small file which could be downloaded or backed up in case you are dubious about deleting it.

Restart your system. Go to C drive and ensure that your folder options allow the visibility of hidden files and folders.

Delete the folders named; $Windows.~BT and $Windows.~WS.

 Note: There is a high chance that the system would give you error that these folders could not be deleted because they are currently running service. If so, enable safe mode in your Windows and then delete these folders.
