Women using trackers and smartwatches by Garmin will now be able to track their menstrual cycle through wearable tech gadgets. This ability comes after the company announced it will be adding a feature for tracking.
The user will be able to login symptoms and track their menstrual cycles. They will then be able to link the wearable tech gadgets to their phone via the Garmin Connect mobile app.
Garmin, as one of the top five global wearable tech player, is following industry trend. Fitbit (which can perhaps be said to be market leader), has already instituted menstrual cycle tracking feature in its wearable tech gadgets. It is against this backdrop that we believe Garmin instituted the same technology in their devices.
