The world’s popular browser, Google’s Chrome, has gotten a new dark mode for macOS Mojave.
As you may have already known, dark mode is one of the key features in the new desktop operating system by Apple for its Mac computers. Against that backdrop, Google has tweaked its browser for macOS Mojave in support (and flawless sync) with that dark mode feature.
Dark Mode still a beta feature
Google is currently working on fine-tuning the dark mode feature for macOS Mojave. Thus, the feature is only available on the beta channel, accessible to users running the source Chromium browser.
As for the rest of us, the general users, we will have to wait a little longer as Google is set to release the feature to the stable channel sometime early this year. But you can always give it a test drive by downloading the open-source Chromium browser right now.
There is a growing list of third-party apps that are updating to include the dark mode.
