Google Hosting An Executive Breakfast Forum in Lagos For Top CEOs on July 24th
Google is inviting top business executives and 80 CEOs from across Africa to attend its Executive Breakfast forum set to take place tomorrow, July 24th at Nigeria’s economic center in Lagos. The mission for this forum is to help business leaders better understand the leverage the web platforms has, and the tools they could employ to raise more revenue and expand their market share.
The tomorrow’s event has been organized by Google Nigeria in collaboration with the Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAN), Media Independent Practitioners of Nigeria (MIPAN), and the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN). The forum also seeks to teach the executives various online tools that can be effectively used (or are currently being used) to build impressive business profiles with great turnover results.
Google’s Communications & Public Affairs Manager in West Africa Taiwo Kola-Ogunlade, said that the internet is transforming the way businesses market their products. Citing Nigeria alone; with over 55 million Nigerian customers being connected, buying products online and sharing information, business leaders have got to rethink on ways they can take advantage of this platform. Currently, more than 80 CEOs have already confirmed their attendance, and the number is expected to increase.
