Google launches Device Assist, a nifty app that can troubleshoot your smartphone

Google has rolled out a new app dubbed Device Assist that will help users fix problems they are experiencing on their smartphones. The app also calls for backups when the tips and tricks suggestions fail to work.

The app is already available for downloads at Google Play now. The app also gives users introduction to Android Lollipop and tips and tricks on how to get the most out of Google latest mobile operating system.

When a user runs the app, it starts automatically showing all the problems the phone could be having, or is about to have as well as the necessary steps necessary to remedy such problems. But don’t get excited just yet, the app currently only works for Nexus, Android One handsets and Google Play editions.
