Meet the Man Set to Create the ‘HBO of Africa’

All great movements and innovations come from an idea, a desire and a series of actions. Isaac Oboth, CEO of Media 256, is a self-taught videographer and entrepreneur from Uganda who hopes to take those three elements and create the ‘African HBO.’ With his network, he plans to provide diverse films and sitcoms depicting the African experience in a way that hasn’t been done before. From sports, to lifestyle, to news, Oboth has began the steps to make this dream of becoming the ‘HBO of Africa’ come true.
