1- First, you need to scan the system. You can run sfc /scannow command in the command prompt.
You can also fix Critical Process Died in Windows 10 by booting the system in the Safe Mode.
In order to reboot your system in safe mode, try booting several times until you see three options. Click on Troubleshoot to see advanced options. Now, Select Advanced options. Select Startup Settings. Click on the Restart button and then Select Enable Safe Mode.
After logging in, you’ll be able to start your computer in Clean Boot.
