Open iCloud website and go to this page.
Enter your Apple ID credentials. After signing in, go to Find my iPhone option if you are not on the page from the home menu.
Select “All Devices”.
Select your device by looking at the name if you have multiple devices added against your account. Once the device is select, click on “Remove from Account”.
Click Remove when the alert shows up.
