The Innovative Architecture That Respects Nature: ‘The Trees Were Here First’

By nature, man is a selfish-being! We have conquered the four corners of our planet, cutting down, flattening out, uprooting, hunting down, and wiping out all parts of nature that do not serve our selfish goals.

If there was a reward for being the biggest jerk to nature’s biodiversity, without a doubt that award will go to man. We are as destructive as we are creative, yet it is only a handful of us who practice enough restraint to see that we need not destroy any part of nature that does not serve our goals. Instead, we can coexist with nature in harmony.

In this article, we are going to highlight some innovative architecture that promotes co-existence with nature in harmony.

If we respect the biodiversity, we find in an area and learn to live with them in harmony. Then many of the problems we face in most urban cities like lack of fresh air among others will be solved. Trees will help us solve this by giving oxygen rich fresh air and bring some much needed green colors into our concrete and glass surroundings in cities.
