So, if the case gets damaged, they will replace it, but they will never replace your iPhone’s screen. OtterBox will do nothing to replace the screen. Its warranty details state “Otter Products, LLC and its affiliated companies worldwide (“OtterBox”) warrants our OtterBox products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”).”
Unfortunately, the only solution left is to take your iPhone to an Apple service center and get it repaired yourself or simply buy a new iPhone.
