This is the Last Day to Save your Vine Videos before the service shuts down

You have until the end of today to wrap up all your six-second videos on Vine. Today, is the day the plug is being pulled off on Vine.

Going forward, Vine as we have come to know it will be no more, and the only semblance of it will be the Vine Camera. It is said to be the only feature of the old Vine that will live on beyond this day.

Vine Camera is an app that will shoot your six seconds of fame videos that can be shared on Twitter. To cut the long story shorts, you have only hours left to download your Vine videos before they are no longer accessible. You do not have to download everything, just the ones you would really hate to lose.

How to download your Vine Videos

Open the Vine app, go to your profile page, and beneath your avatar, you will see the ‘Save Video’ button. By clicking this link, you can either download the videos to your phone or get a link that you can use to download video from your computer.

Getting a link is better since it gives you the option of downloading your videos plus getting a log of all your likes, and re-vines for all videos you shared on the platform. The logs could be a consolation if you are into reading stats and seeing just how far or close you were to becoming a big-time Vine star.
