Leaked pictures of Samsung Galaxy A9 confirms four cameras at the back

When LG and Huawei launched smartphones with all three cameras at the back, most thought of it as ludicrous. Well, Samsung thought the two were on something. So much so that its next flagship device, the Galaxy A9 will have not three, but four cameras at the back.

That’s right, the Samsung Galaxy A9 has four cameras, and they are all at the back. It all started out as rumors doing rounds online, but today, the first concrete evidence surfaced that the Galaxy A9 will have the four cameras.

Here the leaked image of the device courtesy of Evan Blass (@evleaks).

From the picture above, we see the A9 will have four cameras that come in 5-megapixel ‘depth camera, 8-megapixel, 120-degree wide angle lens, 10-megapixel telephoto lens that has 2x optical zoom and a 24-megapixel main lens.

Other than leak on the camera, from the same leak, we got to know that the Galaxy A9 will come in a 6.38-inch display. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chip and juiced by 3,720mAh battery. They are, after all, specs for a midrange smartphone. So nothing much to write home there, save for the quad-cameras at the back.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 could be available for sale to the general public as soon as tomorrow, October 11th.
