Recap of #AWITGhana Conference; bringing Women in Tech together to mentor aspiring young Female Techies

The second edition of the African Women in Tech (AWIT) happened successfully at the Impact Hub Accra in Ghana. #AWITGhana was women in tech conference seeking to spark an interest in STEM to girls and women aspiring to take the plunge into that field. At the same time provide mentorship and female techie role models to whom the upcoming female techies can look up to.

It was also an opportunity for professionals from both the tech field and non-techie background. In attendance at the #AWITGhana were professional women totaling over 150 for the duration of the event that kicked off on Dec 15 – 17, 2016.
