So You Think You Know Africa?
If you have a competitive bone in your body and want to test your knowledge of the continent, then fear not – because You Don’t Know Africa is here to quench your knowledge thirst. The game, which is powered by Click that Hood, a “geo game based on open data, built by Code for America’s 2013 fellowship team” tests your knowledge of African countries in a timed, web based exercise that is sure to make your brain work.
There are two versions of the game. The introductory level which prompts you to identify 20 countries; and the super difficult level that tests your knowledge of 48 countries with no hints.
I tried the introductory level and enjoyed improving my score. It’s a great way to spend your down time and as an added bonus, if you got an amazing time, brag about it on social media! The quiz allows you to share your results with friends and challenge them to take the quiz.
The only question left to ask is, how fast do you think YOU can identify 20 countries in Africa ?
