South Africa’s Dimension Data Acquires 100% Stake at US-based Nexus

Nexus Solutions, Inc. is world renowned company providing advanced IT solutions to big organizations, mid- to small business and public sector based clients. Dimension Data recently made a big announcement that it has acquired 100 percent stake at Nexus Solutions, Inc., however Dimension Data is yet to make public the full disclosure on the acquisition details. Nexus is based in California with 19 offices in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Washington. Dimension’s acquisition of Nexus will expand Dimension’s operation by 40 percent in the North American market.

His American counterpart, the Dimension Data Americas CEO, Mark Slaga was quoted saying, “Together, the assets of both companies position Dimension Data as one of the leaders in the provision of services and solutions in the ICT sector across the US. Nexus brings a rich set of services and solutions to the Group, particularly in the data center, collaboration, enterprise networks, security and cloud spaces. In addition, there’s minimal overlap of geographies and clients, which strengthens Dimension Data’s presence across the Americas.”

Nexus Solutions, Inc. CEO, Deron Pearson had to this to say about their acquisition by the South African company, “This acquisition is a fantastic milestone in the history of the company and a tremendous endorsement of our employees, as well as the excellent solution and services that Nexus provides. In the new acquisition management, not much drastic changes will be done to Nexus management and running. The Nexus CEO, Pearson and the Nexus President and COO Waheed Choudhry will still execute their duties as before, but will work in a close relationship and reporting to Slaga, the Dimension Data Americas CEO.
