Startup Battlefield

At the very heart of TechCrunch Disrupt is the Startup Battlefield. Where a carefully selected thirty (30) companies from hundreds of applicants, will be given a chance to pitch their products at the Disrupt stage. They will be pitching before a live panel of judges, press, live audiences whose numbers run into thousands and an online audience running into millions.

After the demo presentations, pitches and rounds of tough, thorough questions, the panelist made up of TechCrunch’s editors and expert judges (VCs, entrepreneurship moguls and product experts), will select six companies to proceed to the final stage. The final stage will be on the last day of Disrupt conference. Expect nothing less than a drama-filled battle between the six finalist going neck to neck to become the One Battlefield Contender that walks away with $50,000 check and the coveted Disrupt Cup.
