The error code UI-800-3 is most commonly encountered when the cache memory stored in your device is outdated and needs refreshing.

The first thing to do is to restart your device. This automatically refreshes the cache memory of your device. If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to sign in to your Netflix app on your device again. And in case this fails too, re-installing your device will help you get rid of the error.
