The merger is said to focus on providing customers with the best of the two firm’s services and reap the combined efforts of the two companies in their continuous endeavor in investing in the communication space.
Customers of both firms have already begun experiencing the benefits of the two firms combined efforts. Vocus’ customers are now able to access premium news content from LexisNexis. While Cision’s customers can take full advantage of the premium edition of ‘Help a Reporter Out’ and ‘PRWeb’ – two of Vocus’ most popular services.
The two companies have made the official announcement of their mergers, and they will be operating under the name brand name Cision. Albeit, the migration of Vision to doing business under the brand name Cision, will take full effect over the next few coming months.
This move in addition to the recent acquisition of Visible Technologies, creates a comprehensive solution for Cision, to track and analyze earned, owned and paid media that elevates brands and drives business results.
