Uduak Oduok Honored as Ladybrille Woman of the Month, June 2015

Ladybrille Magazine, the pioneer digital platform and authority on African fashion in the West’ and voice for the African woman entrepreneur, is pleased to honor Uduak Oduok (Ms. Uduak) as its Ladybrille Woman of the Month for June 2015, for its special anniversary issue.

The Ladybrille ‘Woman of the Month’ is a monthly feature on the magazine’s website and podcast show ‘The Ladybrille Woman Podcast Show,’ that celebrates outstanding women, locally and internationally, for their brilliant contributions to society.

Ms.Uduak is a speaker, attorney, journalist, author and recognized visionary and trailblazer. In June 2007, she founded Ladybrille Magazine, a digital platform celebrating brilliant women entrepreneurs and leaders, and the pioneer voice for African fashion in the West.’ Under her leadership, the magazine pioneered the movement to help de-stigmatize the negative images of Africans in the West by exposing Africa’s youthful, urban and explosive fashion industry to the Western masses, through its influencers. The magazine has also provided strong visibility and resources to hundreds of women owned businesses, especially African women entrepreneurs.
