WhatsApp Business, the separate business-oriented version of the popular instant messaging app, WhatsApp is now available for iOS. The app was first spotted- on the beta version in February this year, and again being spotted as a stable version in select countries.
The stable version was first spotted in the App Store for Mexico and has since been reported to be seen in the French and Brazilian stores.
The app first debut was on Android back in January 2018. It gives businesses features to easily, conveniently, and expeditiously communicate with customers. These features include away messages, greetings, and informing people when you open/close and your shop addresses.
Businesses can download and use the app from the App Store for free. The app is one of two products WhatsApp has produced for the business community. The other one is the WhatsApp Business API that is designed to help big businesses connect with customers and send out notification such as boarding passes and receipts.
The WhatsApp Business and the API is among the new features introduced to the instant messaging app by Facebook since its acquisition by the social media giant.
