Where is the Voice Recorder on S8
The Samsung Galaxy S8 users are unable to find the voice recorder on their phone. There is the option of Bixby, but they don’t want to use it. The Samsung Voice Recorder App has improved recently to provide better support for its users. It has a new icon and interface. The App has three recording modes: standard, interview, and voice memo. The standard mode provides a simple recording interface. While the interview mode uses two microphones of the device, one on the top and one on the bottom, to record yours and the interviewer’s voice. The voice memo mode lets you convert your voice to notes. You can store the recording internally on-device storage or externally on the micro SD card. Pre-installed Voice Recorder App
The voice recorder App is already installed on your Samsung Galaxy S8; you just have to unhide it. To unhide it, go to your App launcher screen and open the Samsung folder (grouped Apps). On the bottom of the folder, tap on ‘Add Apps’. Now, find the voice recorder App and tap on it to add it. Finally, the voice recorder App’s icon will appear in the Samsung folder.
Install from Google Play Store
If you can’t find the voice recorder App as mentioned above, you will have to install it from the Google Play Store. Open, Play Store and search for Samsung Voice Recorder. Samsung Notes
You can also use the Samsung Notes as a voice recorder on the Samsung Galaxy S8. Open Samsung Notes and tap on the plus icon located at the bottom right of the screen. Now, at the top of the screen, tap on voice to begin the recording. To stop recording, tap on the stop icon. Then, you can tap on the play icon to listen to your recording.
