How to Change Email Signature in Windows Phone 8.1

Email signature is a really important gesture. It is a piece of text or anything that is appended at the end of your email. You must have seen generic signature like ‘sent from my iPhone’ or ‘sent from my Windows Phone’. These are not the professional email signatures and can leave a bad impact on your business image. If you are using a Windows Phone 8.1, you can easily change your email signature and I’ll tell you how.

Change email signature in Windows phone 8.1

Launch the email app in Windows Phone 8.1

Go to the Settings section Signature tab. The toggle bar for this option must be ON. You can turn it off if you don’t want to use signatures in your email id.

In the text box, remove the default email signature and write any signature you want.

Hit the tick mark to save the settings.

That’s it. The new signature will now be written on every email you would send using your Windows Phone 8.1. If you have configured more than one email ids in your Windows Phone, you will have to change the signatures for every email id separately.
