Nokia Reveals Gadget To Track Your ‘Lost Keys’

I have to admit that tracking keys is the single most tedious job I have never conquered because of the mysterious nature of keys which make them sneak away from my eyes. We spend a good lot of time in searching our lost keys almost daily. Without keys, we are nothing. If we misplace our locker keys, we will be doomed. If we lose our car keys, we have to yowl around, jangle the room or office and at the end of the day, contact the lock master. What’s the solution remains the question for years. Luckily today, Nokia, our beloved tech giant has come up with not only an answer, but with a solid solution. Nokia has launched ‘Treasure Tag’, an amazing gadget that can track your lost keys within seconds.

A year before, Nokia teased all around the globe that it is working on some sort of gadget that will stick to your keys, pets, or anything you want to track and a simple phone app will be synced with the sensor of the gadget to tell you the location of the lost object. Today, Nokia has fulfilled its claims and launched a $30 Treasure Tag that you can simply tag to your keys or anything to check where it is right now. There are special sensors meshed in the newly launched gadget that wires the mobile via Bluetooth or NFC.

Nokia has smartly taken the use of its nifty ‘HERE’ app which will pin point the exact location of the sensor oriented device on the map. You can easily track with the device that is synced and coupled with the Treasure Tag by holding a key on the device.

The smart sensor will trigger a notification sound on a phone if it’s in the range of the device. According to Nokia, Treasure Tag runs on a battery that has a lifetime of no less than six months. Nokia plans to launch iOS and Android apps for this great gadget in future.
