The annual African Women in Tech (AWIT) conference is coming to Kenya again; for the second term. The conference brings together professional women in tech as well as other industries including entrepreneurship among others.
The AWITKenya conference set to take place at the Michael Joseph Center (at the Safaricom House on Waiyaki Way next to Barclays) in Nairobi, Kenya on June 29-30. The event will also provide the podium for budding female entrepreneurs who have founded or co-founded to pitch their promising startup companies before potential investors.
The startups with the most innovative solution to some of the socio-economic challenges will walk home with a prize. They will also get access to the network of AWIT’s partners. If you are a female entrepreneur and believe your startup is promising enough to knock the socks off the AWIT’s panel of judges. You need to apply for the AWITKenya 2017 Pitch Competition by filling the form at this link.
