Drug addiction has annihilated many great people in the world. Drug and alcohol addiction imbibes a person and then slowly kills his skills and brain activity. - Philip Seymour Hoffman
Philip Seymour Hoffman was a famous American actor who was hero in “Capote.” He died of overdose of heroin on February 2, 2014 at the age of 46. Hoffman remained sober for 23 years prior to 2012 when he took the turn.
- Jim Morrison
Main character of “The Doors”, died at the age of 27 of a heroin overdose. The reports differ about whether he died at a nightclub or at home, but it is clear that heroin was the factor.
- Jimi Hendrix

Known for his best performance in “Brokeback Mountain” and “The Dark Knight,” Heath Ledger died on Jan. 22, 2008 in New York by overdose of drugs, including oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam and alprazolam.
- Brian Adams
Professional American wrestler, Brian Adams was born on April 14 1964. Adams received illegal steroids in February 2006, including testosterone and HGH and was found unconscious in his bed by his wife. It was investigated and revealed that these drugs were speculated to have played a role in his death on August 13, 2007.
