Using VPN
The best way to change your Netflix location is to download a Virtual Private Network (VPN) system.
A premium VPN allows you to change your location and bypass the geo-restrictions. With VPN: once you log into your VPN, you pick a server in the country you want to stream from and on which the show or movie you like is available. You can then watch the shows, and if you encounter a block on that server, you can switch again.

Clear your Cookies and Cache
