The one thing I really hate to love about the Game of Thrones is that your hero can die at any time. One of my favorite couples on the show Jon Snow and his wildling girlfriend Ygritte both died, and it broke my heart. Although thanks to the centuries-old Lady in Red masquerading around in a younger version of herself tapped into her dark magic to bring Jon Snow from the other ‘dark, cold side.’
On the show, the couple was quite steamy, and it seems they continued steaming each other even behind the camera. There have been rumors that Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) and Rose Leslie (Ygritte) are ‘a thing.’
Turns out, they are more than just ‘a thing,’ the two are so actually planning to get married, and they have just announced it; putting to rest all the rumors and speculations. However, the manner in which Kit and Rose chose to announce their engagement baffles many. You would think with all these technologically advanced platforms at our disposal, they would use Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or announce it on Snapchat.
No! The two are just too old school for all these techy digital platforms that they chose the good old fashion newspaper to make their announcement. Do people still read physical newspapers anymore? Well, Jon Snow and Ygritte believe people still do.
The two love bird chose The Times of London newspaper to make their official announcement reading:
“Mr. K.C. Harington and Miss R.E. Leslie. The engagement is announced between Kit, younger son of David and Deborah Harington of Worcestershire, and Rose, middle daughter of Sebastian and Candy Leslie of Aberdeenshire.”

Someone, please tell Jon Snow and his wildling girlfriend there are easier, better, cheaper, and faster ways of trending. Unless, of course, their purpose was not to trend; in which case their old school choice would be perfectly okay.
