Facilities at the center include high-speed internet, fax machines, photocopiers, audio-visual equipment, mailboxes, meetings rooms and even a gym. So we should expect the next incubated startups coming out of Ventures Platform in Abuja to be pitched with innovators with some abs.
The hub plans to hold programs such as professionals’ events, cultural events revolving around technology, art, music, and literature. The events will be geared towards fostering collaborations in a fun manner and environment.
However, its core mandate will be to take promising startups through an intensive 16-week incubation program. Seed funding and support among other tools will be provided to promising startups. It will also offer freelance entrepreneurs a place where they can work and meet their clients in a professional environment at the hub’s paid co-working space.
