Volunteering in the community improves the quality of life and builds transferable skills in teamwork, time management, and communication.

Environment Affects Mood

Consider adding ventilation, air conditioning, or even green plants to your office to improve air quality. Encourage outdoor meetings, rotating office desks near windows, or shared break spaces with windows. Long-term sitting is harmful to our health.
