Windows 10 has got off to a pretty good start, except some vague error messages during downloading. A number of users have reported a strange error during downloading Windows 10. The error says “Setup Couldn’t Start Properly. Please Reboot your PC and Try Running Windows 10 Setup Again”. Well, running the setup again and again is not a smart solution. The worst part is that this error comes when the download is about to be complete; somewhere around 90%. But luckily, there is an easy way to fix Setup Couldn’t Start Properly. You will have to delete the media creation tool for Windows 10 in order to fix this error. It’s a small file which could be downloaded or backed up in case you are dubious about deleting it.

Restart your system. Go to C drive and ensure that your folder options allow the visibility of hidden files and folders.

Delete the folders named; $Windows.~BT and $Windows.~WS.

 Note: There is a high chance that the system would give you error that these folders could not be deleted because they are currently running service. If so, enable safe mode in your Windows and then delete these folders.
